Headshot of Holly Wilder, owner of Wilder Bookkeeping

Holly Wilder, CPA

I started Wilder Bookkeeping to help small businesses, nonprofits, and churches feel more confident in their finances. With over 15 years of accounting experience, including more than five years in nonprofit finance, I bring both technical knowledge and real-world operational insight to the work I do.

I love helping clients take something that can feel like one more thing to manage and turn it into something clear, organized, and useful.

Over the years, I have supported organizations in bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, clean-up work, and day-to-day financial operations. I have worked closely with businesses and ministry-focused organizations that needed more than someone to simply enter transactions — they needed clarity, structure, and financial information they could actually use.

As a Texas CPA, I understand that clean books are about more than compliance. Accurate financials help you make wise decisions, solve problems earlier, plan for growth, and better understand the story your numbers are telling.

Although many of my clients use QuickBooks Online, I’m comfortable working across a variety of accounting systems and adapting to the tools your organization already uses.

Wilder Bookkeeping was built to offer thoughtful, dependable support with a personal touch — so you can spend less time worrying about your books and more time focusing on the work you are building.
